Case Of Reported Jealousy and False Imprisonment Leads To Arrest
On January 14, 2025, Hank Grady, 46, was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Office following a re-opened case involving his girlfriend, Christy Prater.
The altercation reportedly started due to Grady’s jealousy over Prater when she went outside to relieve herself.
Grady allegedly accused Prater of infidelity, leading to a physical confrontation where he pushed her down and prevented her escape. He reportedly chased her on an ATV, caught her, and dragged her back home, resulting in false imprisonment charges.
