Sean Reginald Edwards, 34, from Conway, AR, was arrested on December 30, 2024, in connection with a fatal car crash. He faces charges of Negligent Homicide after the incident that occurred on Interstate 40.
Conway Man Charged After Alleged DUI-Driving Death
According to information provided in the case, on January 3, 2024, Edwards was driving a pickup truck that veered out of control, crashing into a divider wall and ejecting both himself and his passenger, Brittany Edwards. The accident resulted in Brittany’s death at the scene.
Investigators determined that Edwards was driving recklessly at speeds over 100 mph. Toxicology reports were ordered following the collection of blood samples from Edwards at the hospital.
Brittany Edwards was identified at the scene, leaving behind two sons. The older juvenile confirmed that Sean was driving after an argument, having already been involved in a minor crash earlier that day.
Sean Edwards was booked into custody by Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office at 2:05 pm on December 30, 2024. His booking number is 202407101, with further legal actions pending.
