The city of Searcy, Arkansas has rolled out a new tool to deal with complaints and communication.
Searcy has just launched Searcy Help Desk as part of solution to make it “easier for you to report and resolve issues in our community.”

Searcy Help Desk is a new page that allows you to upload forms along with a photograph to get information from the city.
Here’s how it works.

Fill out the form with your contact information and the issue you are trying to report/resolve.

If you have a photograph to submit as well, click “Upload a File” to attach a picture.

Submit your form. A city official will get back with you as quickly as possible.
