Some disturbing details have emerged after police arrived on the scene in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Pine Bluff police are investigating a shooting that injured four victims, one a 2-year-old girl, near 1707 and Oak Street on Sunday evening. A local source released footage of law enforcement in the area that night. We also obtained an official police report.

Investigation Underway Involving Shooting With 2-Year-Old

On November 24th, Pine Bluff Police arrived to the scene near 1707 and Oak Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

According to a police report given to us by the Pine Bluff Police Deparment, a certain Officer Rapheal Hayes arrived at the scene.

Officer Hayes says:

“I then made contact with victim #1 Adassah Holliman, who was grazed on the right side of her chest and left arm.”

Then he “made contact with victim #2 Phyllis Carter, who was shot in the left butt cheek.”

That’s when a third victim, only 2-years-old was found:

“I then made contact with victim #3 Kemayah Carter a 2-year-old. She was grazed on the right side of her chest and had an open fracture on her left arm.”

There was a 4th victim as well:

“I then made contact with victim #4 Terriyana brown who was grazed in her right arm.”

Possibly Only 1 Suspect After 29 Shell Casings Found

According to another officer, Officer T. Wood:

“The backside of the residence was shot multiple times by a rifle. There were approximately 29 shell casings located in the backyard.”

It was implied in the report that there may be only one suspect:

“No one on the scene saw the suspect… the shooter had to be on foot.”
