A structure fire on Oak Grove Rd near Batesville, Arkansas was quickly contained.
Southside Volunteer Fire Department released photographs after a house caught fire. Multiple fire engines and departments responded to the fire. Pleasant Plains Fire Department and Batesville Fire Department also arrived. You can view the photos below.
Multiple Fire Departments Called In Over Fire
Early this morning at around 7:38 AM, emergency services responded to a significant structure fire on Oak Grove Rd. The first fire engine, E-2, arrived to find the building already 50% engulfed with flames visible on the front and left sides.
Due to the intensity of the fire, additional support was called from the Pleasant Plains and Batesville Fire Departments to help manage the situation.
VitalLink, Independence County OEM, and the Sheriff’s Office all played crucial roles in the response effort.
Thankfully, there were no injuries reported from the incident. The community is asked to keep those affected in their prayers as they deal with the aftermath.
