A woman claims that a pack of roaming dogs attacked her pet Chihuahua near Haynie Drive in Southside, Arkansas. She was left wondering who to call for assistance in the area. It happened on October 9th.

The woman who said she lives on Haynie Drive in Southside, Arkansas, revealed the following information in a local Facebook group:
“I live on Haynie Drive, and today a pack of free roaming dogs attacked my Chihuahua in my yard. Does Independence County have anyone who picks up strays?”
Sadly, Southside does not have animal control officer.
