The Fairfield Bay Community Club launched a project after approval by the City Council of Fairfield Bay to improve the local roads.
Now the city has over 24 miles of newly striped roads. Drivers on the roads can now see better at night. The new road conditions come after the City Council accepted a bid from the Community Club.
The newly painted roads come amid a tense vote in the city council meeting. It was stated that the roads needed to be improved to avoid legal liability for crashes. The Community Club was tasked with the job.
