A Pine Bluff driver has died after hitting a wall on the Highway.
A driver on U.S. Highway 63 South has reportedly died of his injuries after bumping into a guardrail while driving. It led to an overcorrection which caused him to hit a concrete bridge rail.
Pine Bluff Driver Dies In Accident
A tragic accident occurred on US Highway 63 South when 59-year-old Nathaniel Scott Jr. lost control of his 2014 Hyundai Sonata.
Scott was driving southbound when his vehicle veered right, striking a guardrail. In an attempt to correct his course, he overcompensated, causing the car to veer left into a concrete bridge rail. He struck the concrete barrier head-on.
The impact was severe, and Scott was rushed to a local hospital where he later passed away from his injuries.
The crash, occurring at 11:30 AM on September 27, 2024, was reported by Investigator James Harrell.
Scott’s next of kin have been informed of the accident.
