Big news in Howard County, Arkansas and nearby areas.
The 9th West Judicial Drug Task Force just took down a possible criminal ring in multiple raids. Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved in the operation.
Sting Operations Lead To Multiple Arrests
Task Force agents bought illegal drugs, leading to the warrants. They seized methamphetamine and firearms during these raids.
The Task Force was assisted by various law enforcement agencies including the Nashville Police Department, Howard County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Police, and Mineral Springs Police Department.
The following suspects were arrested with corresponding charges listed:
- Michael Benson, 57, of Nashville.
- Samaj Leaks, 19, of Nashville.
- Delano Polite, 31, of Mineral Springs.
- Shirley Grady, 64, of Nashville.
- Da’million Lawrence.
Most of the suspect were charged with delivery of a controlled substance (drug dealing) or an intent to deliver.
