An update has been released regarding the shooting of the director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas.

NBC News talked to the brother of the Little Rock Airport Executive Director Bryan Malinowski, who was injured in a shootout at his West Little Rock home with agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms when they were serving a search warrant.

Matthew Malinowski told the reporter that the family was not sure if their brother was going to make it through. Authorities say that Malinowski fired at them from inside the home. An ATF agent suffered a non-life-threatening injury. Matthew Malinowski said his brother made more than $250,000 a year in his job at the airport. Matthew Malinowski reportedly flew in from Pennsylvania and was quoted as saying, “Something stinks to high hell.”
